Quinn has worked in a wide variety of roles and industries—an Officer in the Navy; an IT Manager at Procter & Gamble; a Project and Relationship Manager for HP; a business process automation consultant for Hydus International; the cyber-crime investigator, an adjunct professor in the School of Business, and Director of Information Security at University of Cincinnati; and the CISO of Boston University.  Quinn now leverages that diversity of experience to inform the design and strategy of Enterprise Security Architecture at UnitedHealth Group.  Quinn is a sought-after presenter in the Information Security field, having given talks for CSO magazine, the Brazilian government, the FBI, Evanta, EDUCAUSE and many other national, regional and local organizations.
Quinn holds an MBA from the University of Cincinnati, a B.S. in Physics from Andrews University and numerous professional certifications, including: CISM, CISSP, ITIL and previously, PMP, GIAC Certified Forensics Analyst (GCFA)
